Australian RN Bridging Program (Outcome-Based Assessment Success Program)

The Outcome-Based Assessment (OBA) comprises a two-stage assessment process. The first stage involves a computer-based Multiple-Choice Question (MCQ) exam, and passing it is a prerequisite for advancing to the next stage.

In stage two, a Behavioural Assessment takes place in the form of an Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE). This examination is designed to ensure that internationally qualified nurses and midwives (IQNMs) demonstrate the necessary knowledge, skills, and competence at a level equivalent to that of a graduate Australian nurse or midwife.

Registering as RN in Australia

Eligibility Criteria:

Language Requirement IELTS Overall 6.5 not less than 6 in each module / PTE – Overall 56, Not less than 46 in each module / OET – All band B
Clear NCLEX-RN Exam.
One to two years of practical nursing experience.
Have completed a Bachelor of Nursing degree or an
equivalent qualification.
